Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your items back into their original compostable packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the garment is in new condition.
Generate Your Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
